At AAURIKAA, we aim to provide a clear and straightforward return and refund process. Please review the following policy before requesting a return.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
Unused
Unworn
In its original packaging
Photo/video evidence is required when submitting a return request.
AAURIKAA currently does not specify any product categories as non-returnable.
Return Process
You can submit a return request through the available return facility associated with your order.
Our team will review the request and the information provided. For an accepted return, the product will be collected/returned and subsequently received and inspected.
The refund process will begin after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Return Shipping
For eligible returns, AAURIKAA will bear the return shipping cost.
Refund Processing
After the returned product has been received and inspected, the applicable refund will be processed within 8–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable.
Exchanges & Replacements
AAURIKAA currently does not offer exchanges or replacements.
Cancellation and Refunds
For prepaid orders, cancellation is available before the order is shipped.
Where a cancellation is eligible, the applicable refund will be handled in accordance with the refund process applicable to the order.

A return request does not automatically constitute approval of a return or refund. Return requests are subject to the eligibility conditions stated in this policy and the returned product may be inspected before the refund is processed.
