We make reasonable efforts to display product information, descriptions, images and other details accurately on the website.

Product appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting or photography.

Product prices displayed on the website are applicable at the time of purchase.

Product availability may change from time to time. AAURIKAA reserves the right to update product information, pricing and availability as necessary.

When you place an order, you are making a request to purchase the selected products.

An order is subject to successful payment verification and order acceptance by AAURIKAA.

At present, AAURIKAA accepts online payments through PhonePe.

Payment verification is completed as part of the order-processing process.

For prepaid orders, customers may request cancellation before the order has been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be available.

Where an eligible cancellation results in a refund, the refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable Refund & Return Policy.

We currently deliver across India.

Orders generally require 4–6 business days for processing and dispatch. After dispatch, delivery is expected within 2–4 business days.

Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

Orders of ₹999 or above qualify for free shipping.

Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to the applicable return conditions.

Returned products must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging. Photo/video evidence is required when submitting a return request.

AAURIKAA bears the return shipping cost for eligible returns.

Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected and are generally processed within 8–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

AAURIKAA currently does not offer exchanges or replacements.
